Subscription Conditions The Subscription period is 12 months and is renewal on an annual ongoing basis. During that period the agreement between Practical Safety International and the user allows for individual access to the services.
Members may use all media for internal purposes only to implement or improve company health and safety programmes. Permission is given for media to be reproduced, printed and disseminated for in-house non saleable training and facilitation. Use of, and reproduction of Practical Safety International or other copyright / trademark media for sale and profit is strictly prohibited.
Members may purchase, download and edit any resource centre media available on practicalsafety.com.au for internal use only in their company.
User names and passwords may not be shared with, or provided to, any other individuals, organisations or businesses inside or outside of your company.
Resource centre media in any form may not be shared, reproduced, sold or distributed outside of your company.
Resource centre media may be placed on internal company computers / intranet as long as it cannot be accessed by the general public on the internet.
The annual Subsrcription fee is payable by one payment.
Typographical Errors In the event that a Practical Safety International product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Practical Safety International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Practical Safety International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Practical Safety International shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any modification to the Terms.
