This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) provides assistance in recognising when and where noise may be an Occupational Health and Safety issue in the workplace and assists in providing appropriate risk controls and assessments for personnel.  It assists Designers / Manufactures and Suppliers in recognising hazard identification, risk assessment and control of risk obligations to provide the lowest practicable noise emission levels within the design criteria and assists Project Managers in identifying Noise as an environmental issue.  Included is the following documentation:
