Description
 
This document provides a record of all Plant identified as meeting the criteria for assessment for health and safety risk.  It records the location of the Plant item.  Each Plant item or group of Plant items is allocated a discrete number.  This number enables links to be made to discrete assets so that a maintenance / asset management system will recognise a requirement for hazard identification, risk assessment and control of risk when change occurs or is likely to occur.  A generic number is allocated where Plant items are identical in every respect and can be assessed as a generic group.
