W.G Herbertson MSc - Director Practical Safety International Pty Ltd
Wayne Herbertson has a varied educational background holding a Master of Applied Science Metallurgy, a Bachelor of Science Multidiscipline, a Diploma in Safety and an Associate Diploma in Theology. This, combined with 20 years industry experience with companies including Bradken (Executive General Manager Human Resources), BHP, Tubemakers, Siemens, Johnson Matthey, Comalco and Peko Wallsend, provides you with someone that has a rich breadth of knowledge. He has produced various articles on topics as varied as quality management systems, business scorecards, the environment, safety and spirituality in leadership.

 
J.L. Arnold - Director Practical Safety International Pty Ltd 
John Arnold has over 45 years of managerial experience in the Mining and Pulp and Paper Industries. This experience was gained in Superintendent and Managerial positions drawing on Logistics training and experience gained in the Armed Services. In recent years he has facilitated many large corporate compliance programmes as the Chief Executive of Emergency Management Planning Pty Ltd. He has presented to Industry Associations such as the Institute of Engineers, particularly in regard to designer and supplier obligations of performance based Occupational Health and Safety legislation. He is the author of a number of papers and handbooks. He received a Community Service Award in 1994 for services related to Dangerous Goods Management within Industry. His particular interest is Plant Safety and Emergency Management Planning.

M.J Ravenhall - Director Practical Safety International Pty Ltd
Marissa Ravenhall has 15 years experience in administration and visual design within the heath and safety industry. Whilst Adminstrative Manager at Emergency Management Planning Pty Ltd, Marissa managed the collection and collation of data in large and complex compliance projects, quality and documentary control and the creation and provision of visual media, including training material and Site Drawings of many levels of complexity.
